 After
the one third mark of the SOS season
Dick Mahoney finds himself quietly in
contention for a championship. After a
solid weekend at Ohsweken and
Brighton, The Pig, is now 4th in
series standings just 151 points
behind first place driver Adam West.
On Friday night Dick drove his wheels
and his shoulder off as the race when
without at caution at the Big O.
After
the dust settled the #79 finished 4th.
The trip to Brighton on Saturday was
equally as successful. In the May 7th
make up race Dick drove to another 4th
place finish while West captured his
first career win. In the regularly
schedule event the popular purple ride
came home 8th. |
